He pays single premium of Rs. 1,48,322. He receives Survival Benefit of rs 30,000 each at the end of 3rd, 6th, 9th &amp; 12th year respectively. On Maturity, he will receive Rs 1,48,322 being the single Prem. paid by him. Thus total amount received by him will be Rs 2,68,322 (Rs 1,20,000 as Survival Benefits + 1,48,322 as single Prem paid) + LA if any. Totally, Mr yadav will receive Rs. 1,60,000. the above table will gives an insight for reinvestment.</p><p>In case Mr. Yadav dies during 12th year, his nominee will get Rs 1,52,800 (rs. 1,00,000 SA + Rs 52,800 Bonus). The survival benefit already paid during 5th and 10th year will not be deducted.</p><p><strong>2.</strong> Mr. Yadav takes a Money back Policy for 20 years for rs. 1 lakh under table 75-20. He receives rs 20,000 each at the end of 5th, 10th, &amp; 15th year. He pays a yearly premium of rs 8020.</div><div>On Maturity, (at the end of the policy year), he will get  Rs. 76,400 (total premiums paid for 20 years i.e. 8020 X 20 = 160400 minus AB Rider premium of Rs. 4000 less 80000 Survival Benefit already paid) + Loyalty additions if any:</div><div>If Mr. Abby dies during 17th Policy year:</div><div>1. In case of natural death, his nominee would get Rs. 2 Lakh SA .</div><div>2. In case of accidental death, his nominee would get Rs. 4 lakh.</div><div>In both cases of 1 and 2, the above benefits will be in addition to the total survival benefits of Rs 80000 already paid at the end of 4th, 8th, 12th, &amp; 16th policy year. Hence, Total amount received on this policy will be Rs. 2 lakhs + 80000 = 280000. In case of accidental death, it will be Rs 400000 + 80000 = 480000.</div><div>If Mr. Abby is dead during the extended term of 10 years either due to natural/accidental death, his nominee will get Rs 1 lakh SA (i.e. 50% less of Basic SA). For both policy Terms of 9 &amp;12, the PPT will be 9 years only i.e. one has to pay premium only for 9 yrs. The Survival Benefit will be paid at the end of 3<sup>rd</sup>, 6th, 9th &amp; 12<sup>th</sup> year along with G.A.+ L.A. if any, (as shown in the below table).</p><p><strong>Death Benefit: </strong></p><p>1)      Death during the policy term excluding last policy year: <strong>S.A.</strong><strong> + Accrued G.A.</strong></p><p>2)      Death during the last policy year:<strong> SA. + G.A. + L.A. if any.</strong></p><p><strong>Paid-up Value: </strong>If after at least 3 full years premium have been paid and any subsequent premium not duly paid, policy shall subsist as a paid-up policy for a reduced sum.</p><p><strong>Gtd. Surrender Value: </strong>Available after the expiry<strong> </strong>of 3 policy year provided the premiums have been paid for at least 3 years. The guaranteed surrender value will be 30 percent of the total amount of the premium paid excluding the premium for the first  year, all extra premiums that may been paid and the amount of survival benefit paid earlier.</p><p><strong>Special Surrender Value: </strong>The SSV will be discounted value of the paid-up value.</p><ul><li><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">EXAMLE: </span></strong>Mr. Rice aged 30 years takes a <a title="Jeevan Varsha" href="http://www.liclifeinsuranceindia.com/tag/jeevan-varsha/">Jeevan Varsha</a> policy for Rs.5Lakh S.A. for 12 year policy term (PPT 9 years). He pays yearly premium for Rs.78, 497. Here, he receives Rs.50, 000, 1Lakh, 1, 50,000 each at the end   of 3<sup>rd</sup>, 6<sup>th</sup>, &amp; 9<sup>th</sup> year respectively. On maturity in the 12<sup>th</sup> year, he receives balance of Rs.2Lakhs + G.A. of Rs.4,20,000 @ Rs.70 per thousand S.A. i.e.6,20,000+Loyalty Addition, if any, Totally he will receive 9,20,000+L.A.if any.<strong> </strong></li></ul><p>In case, Mr., Rice dies at the end of 7<sup>th</sup> policy year his nominee  will get Rs.5LAkh S.A.+Rs.2,45,000 as Guaranteed Addition for 7 years @ Rs.70 pre 10000p.a. i.e. Rs.7,45,000.</p><p>The survival benefit of Rs.50, 000 &amp; 1Lakh paid during 3<sup>rd</sup> &amp; 6<sup>th</sup> year will not be deducted from the claim amount. No Loyalty Addition will be paid.</p><p>In case, Mr. Rice dies during the last policy year his nominee will get 5Lakh S.A.+4,20,000 G.A.+L.A. if any. Claims under CIR, CDB,&amp;ABR not admissible during Auto Cover period.</span></p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">5: Paid-up Value:</span></strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;"> If after at least 3 full years premium have been paid in respect of this policy, and any subsequent premium be not duly paid, this police shall not be wholly void after the expiry of three years Auto Cover period from the due date of First Unpaid premium, but shall subsist as a paid-up police for a reduced sum.</span></p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;"> </span></strong></p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">6: Gtd. Surrender Value: </span></strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Eligible after the expiry of 3 police years provided the premium have been paid for at least 3 full years. The guaranteed surrender value will be 30 percent of the total amount of the premium paid excluding the premium for the first year, any premium paid towards riders, all extra premium that may have been paid and the amount of survival benefits paid earlier.</span></p><p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"> </span></p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">7: Special Surrender Value: </span></strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;"> will be payable if it is more favourable to the policyholder. PWB option under CIR allowed.</span></p><p><strong>C) </strong><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Congenital Disability Benefit (CDB) Rider:</span></strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;"> an amount equal to 50% of the CDB Rider S.A will be payable if the life Assured given birth to a child with any of the specified Congenital Disabilities. This benefit is payable for a max. of 2 such congenitally disabled children. This benefit shall be payable only two times during the term of the rider<strong>.
