LIC has, all through its existence, used the latest technology to offer the best in-class service to its customers. The effort in recent times has been to bring services as close to the doorstep of the customer as is possible and to remove the constraints of time and space. LIC services such as Premium collection, Change of address, viewing the present status of the policies are now available on the internet, using LIC’s portal.

Premium Points is an initiative  where our Empowered Agents collect Premium from the policy holders and issue final receipts from their own offices. On similar lines, senior business Associates from amongst our Development officers are also collecting premium from the policy holders. As on date nearly 6000 agents and 400 senior business associates are empowered to collect premium.
