I had been getting post dated pension cheques quite in advance for all the months of the year ahead i.e. 12.02.2011 to 12.01.2011 for last year, but thereafter I am yet to get cheques @ Rs.1137 per month for the subsequent year i.e. 12.02.2011 to 12.01.2012 against above referred policy. You are requested to look into the matter for restoration of payment at the earliest possible.

This is to remind you that I had given a written application on 25th OcT’11 for change of my following LIC Market Plus1 policies from GROWTH TO DEBT(BOND), in Jhotwara branch of LIC in JAIPUR(RAJASTHAN)

3. POLICY NO-197689401
This has not been done as yet as I am told there is some software problem in your Jhotwara branch.(JAIPUR-RAJASTHAN)
My request is to find a solution FAST and make this change immediately as I am losing my Principal amount invested everyday.

Eventhough I sent the necessary existence certificates twice through speed post
I have not been getting the annuity payments (by ECS to Indian Bank -A/C no.

Kindly find enclosed the scanned copies of the original existance certificates I sent by
speed post. Please also note I faced a smilr situation of non receipt of Annuity
payments earlier also.
Hence, I request you arrange for the continued annuity payments based on the certificates I send annually.

sir, my lic policy no is 512178989. Bonus is to get but still not received. I also want the cheque be issued to the desired address or by hand.. Since i m in transferable job and no body used to present at permanent home address as well. Can i get ? Also pse tell me whether cheque has been issued or not.
