Dear sir,
Myself Akram Khan, i have taken the Jeevan Saral Policy from Mr.Satyander kumar an LIC Agent. on Bi-annual premium amount of Rs 18,195.00 in the month of December 2010, i have paid thru cheque no:338516 of HDFC Bank dated 23-12-2010 Towards LIC OF INDIA, but till now i dint get my policy bond.
On followup with him he has given me a policy number 647913599, when i have checked it online to my surprise there is no policy number as such entitled to me, his Agent Code is 68073K & office address is CB-17, APHB Building, M.J.Market, Hyderabad. he has sent me a payment reciept but there is no policy no. on it.
Please help me in this regard, and advice me how to track my LIC Policy bond or get back my money from the agent.
